Building Permits
Apply for a permit:
- Locate the permit below or form can be purchased at City Hall.
- Follow the form instructions
- Gather any other documentation required
- Drop off your application and any additional documents at City Hall.
- There is a convenience fee of $15.00 to have any permit mailed or emailed.

For any digging or utility work, please complete the Excavation or Utility Permit Application (pdf) and send it to City Hall or e-mail bpotter@cokato.mn.us.
